1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and STAR ABYSS INTERACTIVE GAMES LIMITED ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Fun Fun Play mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
• If you are under 18, you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App and make purchases

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the App
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or violates these Terms.

5. In-App Purchases and Energy System

5.1 Virtual Currency

The App uses a virtual energy system. Energy is required to play game sessions, with each session consuming 100 energy points.

5.2 Purchasing Energy

You may purchase energy packs through the App using PayPal. The current pricing is:

• $1.00 USD = 100 Energy Points
• Each game session requires 100 Energy Points

5.3 Payment Processing

All purchases are processed securely through PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms and conditions. We do not store your payment information.

5.4 No Refunds

All purchases of virtual energy are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as specified in Section 5.5. Virtual energy has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.5 Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Technical errors that prevent you from receiving purchased energy
• Duplicate charges for the same transaction
• Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

To request a refund, contact us at starabyss1@outlook.com within 48 hours of the purchase with your transaction details.

5.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already made but will apply to future transactions.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, code, text, displays, graphics, photographs, video, audio, design, presentation, selection, and arrangement, are owned by STAR ABYSS INTERACTIVE GAMES LIMITED and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Fun Fun Play name and logo are trademarks of STAR ABYSS INTERACTIVE GAMES LIMITED. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized third-party software
• Attempting to exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Uploading viruses or malicious code
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the App
• Accessing the App through automated means (bots, scripts)
• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract source code

8. User-Generated Content

If the App allows you to submit content (such as usernames, profile pictures, or feedback), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the App.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 "As Is" Basis

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAR ABYSS INTERACTIVE GAMES LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any errors or omissions in any content
• Any loss of virtual energy or progress in the game

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless STAR ABYSS INTERACTIVE GAMES LIMITED and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Prolonged inactivity
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
• Discontinuation of the App

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account may result in the loss of any virtual energy or game progress associated with your account, for which we shall not be liable.

13. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email if we have your email address on file.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where STAR ABYSS INTERACTIVE GAMES LIMITED is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and STAR ABYSS INTERACTIVE GAMES LIMITED regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
